SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Marquis Who’s Who does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Book Shipments (via USPS) within the U.S., please allow 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) once in the postal system.  International shipments, please allow 4 to 6 weeks weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to duties, taxes & customs delays or bulkier and heavier items that are delivered by local carriers. Please note holidays are also not included as a business day as USPS is closed).

PERSONALIZATION SCHEDULE
Please allow additional 5-7 business days for delivery of machine engraved items.

If you should need to return, please call Customer Service at 908-673-1000, option 3 (Monday –Friday 9am-5pm EST) for a Return Authorization number.  Personalized items cannot be returned unless item is defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective or you received an item in error.
